3. One visa application form (should be type with applicant’s signature),
4. Original covering letter on Company letterhead,
5. Original Invitation letter from Japan with sign & Seal,
6. Guarantee letter from Japan company with sign & seal,
7. Day by day schedule from Japan with sign & seal,
8. Japan company tax certificate in Original,
9. Japan registration certificate in Original,
10. Passenger’s personal IT last 3 years,
11. Personal bank statement last 3 months,
12. Indian company registration certificate copy,
13. Air ticket as per schedule.

TOURIST VISA

1. Valid passport last 6 months,
2. 2 photo 4.5 x 4.5 mm 80% face should be seen white back ground,
3. One visa application form (should be type with applicant’s signature),
4. Covering letter on Business letterhead OR Leave letter from the company,
5. Hotel confirmation,
6. Day by day tour Iternery,
7. Passenger’s personal IT last 3 years,
8. Passenger’s personal bank statement last 3 months,
9. Air ticket as per tour Iternery.

FAMILY VISIT VISA

1. Valid passport last 6 months,
2. Photo 4.5 x 4.5 mm 80% face should be seen white back ground,
3. One visa application form (should be type with applicant’s signature),
4. Covering letter from Passenger,
5. Original Invitation letter from Inviter,
6. Original Guarantee letter from Inviter,
7. Inviter Alien card copy,
8. Alien card registration certificate in copy,
9. Original Income Tax certificate in Original of Inviter,
10. Original Resident certificate of Inviter,
11. Inviter employment proof, Inviter bank statement last 3 months,
12. Passenger’s personal It last 3 years,
13. Pax personal bank statement last 3 months,
14. Passenger’s employment proof & air ticket.
