4. Covering letter on company letter head addressing to the Embassy of Ukraine New Delhi with company Profile
5. Original Invitation letter with the passport details of the Applicant addressing to the Ukraine Embassy New Delhi
6. Valid Medical Travel Insurance Euro 30000/- coverage
7. Ukraine company Registration copy.
8. Passenger’s personal bank statement last 6 months

TOURIST VISA

1. Original 6 months Valid passport

4. Covering letter on company letter head addressing to the Embassy of Ukraine New Delhi with company Profile
5. Hotel confirmation from Ukraine
6. Valid Medical Travel Insurance Euro 30000/- coverage
7. Air ticket
8. Passenger’s personal bank statement last 6 months, If Employee than required Leave letter from company.
