BUSINESS VISA (M)

FAMILY VISITS/ DEPENDENTS VISA (S1/S2)


Applicants who wish to visit their relatives who are in China due to work or study OR applicants wish to apply as Dependent need to apply for S1 or S2 category.
01)Duly filled Visa Application Form *(V.2013) (You can download it from website www.visaforchina.org).

02) Two white background passport size photographs.

03) Typed covering letter, adressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of China, Mumbai/ Consulate General Of People’s Republic Of China, Mumbai. Mentioning applicants name, passport number, (as per passport) Purpose of visit date of issue and duration of stay.

04)Invitation letter from relative staying in China due to work or study.
i) Invitation letter should be addressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General of China, Mumbai /Consulate General of people’s Republic of china, Mumbai.

ii) Mentioning inviter’s details such as address, contact details etc.
iii) Relative’s passport copies; first and last page.
iv) Relative’s Chinese status (Chinese Visa) copy.
05)Kinship Certificate.(Relationship Certificate which may include Birth certificate, Marriage certificate etc.)
06)Original passport with minimum validity of six months and minimum two blank pages. If applying for S1 visa category then passport must have mimimum validity of 12 months. Passport copies, first and last page.
07)Valid Indian status (Indian visa) copy and original incase of foreign nationals.
08)Copies of old chinese visas if any.
NOTE:
i) “Family member” refers to spouses, parents, sons/daughters, spouses of sons or daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents grandsons/granddaughters and parents-in-law.
ii) “For S1 Family member refers” to spouses, parents, sons & daughters under the age of 18 years and parents-in-law.
iii) In the category S1 refers to Applicants who are applying as dependent of applicants who are on “Z” or “X” category in China.
iv) Applicants applying for S1 visa category need to apply for resident permit within 30days after entering China.
iv) S2 visa category refer to duration of stay ess than or equal to 180 days.

WORK PERMIT VISA (Z)


01)Duly filled Visa Application Form *(V.2013) (You can download it from website www.visaforchina.org).
02) Two white background passport size photographs.
03) Typed covering letter, adressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of China, Mumbai/ Consulate General Of People’s Republic Of China, Mumbai. Mentioning applicants name, passport number, (as per passport) Purpose of visit date of issue and duration of stay.
04)Alien Employment License/ Work Permit.
05)Original passport with minimum validity of 12 month and minimum two blank pages. passport copies, first and last page.
06) Valid Indian status (Indian visa) copy and original incase of foreign nationals.
07) Copies of old chinese visas if any.
08)For work visa(z) scan copy of notification of work permit are accepted but final decision are taken by consulate. ( submit original notification or work permit)

STUDENT VISA VISA (X1/X2)


01)Duly filled Visa Application Form *(V.2013) (You can download it from website www.visaforchina.org).
02) Two white background passport size photographs.
03) Typed covering letter, adressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of China, Mumbai/ Consulate General Of People’s Republic Of China, Mumbai. Mentioning applicants name, passport number, (as per passport) Purpose of visit date of issue and duration of stay.
04)Student Visa Application Form (JW 201/202) in original and photocopy.
05)Admission Notice in original and photocopy.
06)Original passport with minimum validity of 12 month and minimum two blank pages. passport copies, first and last page.
07)Valid Indian status (Indian visa) copy and original in case of foreign nationals.
07)Copies of old chinese visas if any.
NOTE:
i) If duration of course is less than or equal to 180 days applicant needs to apply for visa category.
ii) Applicants applying for X1 visa category need to apply for resident permit within 30days after entering China.
iii) It is Advisable to attach Physical Examination Certificate along with other Documents.

FAMILY REUNION VISA (Q1/Q2)

04)Invitation letter from relative staying in China on Permanent Residence Permit
i) Invitation letter should be addressed To, The Visa Officer, Consulate General of China, Mumbai /Consulate General of people’s Republic of China, Mumbai.
ii) Mentioning inviter’s details such as address, contact details etc.
iii) Relative’s passport copies; first and last page.
iv) Relative’s Chinese status (Chinese Visa) copy.
